Where is pickup?
Pickup is in the Bayridge East neighbourhood in Kingston's west end.When do I pickup and drop off my items?
Pickup and drop off are flexible for up to five days. For example, if the event is on Saturday, pickup will be Thursday, Friday or Saturday, and drop off will be Saturday, Sunday or Monday.Is delivery an option?
Delivery within city limits may be available for a fee. Please inquire for details.Do I need to wash rented dishes before I return them?
You do not need to wash them, but all food particles should be thoroughly scraped off of any rented dishware.Can I see the rental items before booking?
Yes, for sure! Send us an email and we can arrange a time for viewing.How does booking work?
To secure your items, a non-refundable 20% down payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining payment is due at or before pickup.Is there a security deposit?
We understand that accidents happen! We do not require a security deposit, however, we do have to cover the cost for any broken items. This is usually around 3-4 times the price of the rental fee (ie. breaking a $2 rental item will result in a $6-$8 fee.)Is there HST?
No, we do not charge HST.Is there a rental minimum?
There is a $50 site-wide rental minimum for any one event. This can include multiple different amounts of different items.
